Fees and Policies

My fee is $150 for 50 minutes.

My initial consultation is usually a double session (100 minutes) and I charge $300.

I ask for payment at the time of service.

I ask for 48 hours notice for cancellations.  With less notice, if I am not able to fill the slot, you will be billed the full amount for your schedule appointment.

I am not a provider for any insurance.  However, I can provide you with a statement which you can use to bill your insurance.

Longer sessions are prorated.

I make home visits and school visits.  I bill at my usual rate, plus travel time.

I often do field work with clients (i.e. going to an office building with a client in order to help them confront their elevator phobia). These sessions are billed at my usual rate, plus travel time.
